We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short distance away from the airport, making it very convenient for us. The staff here were extremely courteous and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, which was a great option for exploring the city.

The parking was ample, and transportation was easily accessible. Moreover, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel, in a tower near the railway station, is convenient. in November, damp spots were noticeable in some areas of the Chanakya tower. the room was well equipped, but the bathroom could be cleaner.

The staff's etiquette was not consistent. A rude reception lady and a man who ignored a request for Wi-Fi left a bad impression on me.
